Privacy Policy for MM 2D Analysis Realtime
Effective date: 13 August 2026
MM 2D Analysis Realtime ("the app") is a market-information and analysis tool. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
## Information the developer collects
The app does not require registration or a user account. The developer does not operate an app server that collects your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, payment information, or market-analysis activity.
The app stores the following information locally on your device so its features work:
- Selected language and app settings
- Onboarding and test-mode preferences
- Saved SET, VALUE, calculated 2D results, timestamps, and result history
This locally stored information is not sent to the developer. It remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, Android may include app data in a device backup or device-to-device transfer.
## Market-data requests
The app connects to public third-party services to retrieve market information, historical results, and endpoint configuration. These services include the Stock Exchange of Thailand website, a special-results API, and GitHub-hosted configuration. Like most internet services, those providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address, request time, and app user-agent information. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. The developer does not use these requests to create user profiles.
## Advertising and Google AdMob
The app uses Google AdMob to display banner and app-open advertisements. Although the developer does not directly collect personal information through the app, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. According to Google's current SDK disclosure, this can include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- App launches, taps, ad views, and other user-product interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available
Google states that this data is encrypted in transit. Advertising data may be used to provide, personalize, measure, and protect ads, depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the app's advertising configuration.

You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID and manage ad-personalization choices through your device or Google account settings where available.
## Data sharing
The developer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners through AdMob, and normal request metadata may be processed by the market-data and configuration providers described above. The developer does not control those third parties' independent data practices.
## Data security
The app uses HTTPS for its configured network endpoints. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
## Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising behavior and eligibility must follow the age group and target-audience settings selected for the app in Google Play and AdMob.
## Your choices and deletion
You can delete locally stored app data through Android Settings or by uninstalling the app. You can manage advertising identifiers and personalization through Android and Google settings. Because the developer does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database of personal information, there is no developer-held account record to delete.
## Information-only and risk notice
The app provides market information, historical records, and analysis tools for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, betting, or gambling advice and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, profit, or any outcome. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the app and for all associated risks or losses. Verify important information independently.
## Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app's features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published.
## Contact
For privacy questions, contact the developer using the support email shown on the app's Google Play listing.
